ROAM, K6 Gallery, Southampton, UK

A banner and audio work that traces the journey of the River Itchen, from rain filtering through the chalk of the South Downs to fresh water meeting the sea. Seabound considers how a river slowly reshapes the places it moves through. How might we be taken up in it’s flow, as everything moves slowly seawards?

Accompanied by an audio guide, an account from the perspective of the river as it moves through the landscape.
